I have been in BPO industry for like 15 years
a customer service /Billing specialist which I handled customer's concerns and inquiries, complaints and bill disputes, bill conflict. And I was also a Tecnical Representative that handles techinical issues on TV, Internet, homephone and Wireless.
Then I became a product trainer.
Then eventually, I became a Team Manager who handles
and manages team performance, coaching with effective coaching tactics. I drive Sales performance daily and
I do data analysis both customer service and Sales.
