Profile Description

1. Recruitment
• End-to-end recruitment
• Posting job vacancies in different sites that the client provided
• Scan all resumes and providing summary matrix to the Hiring Manger
• Creates outlook invite for the face to face or skype interview of the chosen applicants and Hiring Manager
• Conducts Background check
• Creates offer letter for the applicant
• Creates an Employment Contract
• Creates a profile of the onboarding employee in the HR Database systems
2. Employee Life Cycle Management
• Amending profiles of the employees in the HR Database systems (Workday)
• Creates Certificate of Income and Certificate of Service, Travel Letters, Verification Letter, Business Cards
• Entering of files in the HR Database systems (Workday)
• Perform Exit Administration process for the exiting employees
• Approving Leaves and absences
3. HR Information System
• Provides monthly reports for the clients
4. First Level Support
• Handling employee queries through emails and phone calls
5. Employee Engagement (PR and events)
• I am part of the GPTW team arranging team events, making postcards for the team (Birthdays and Gatherings) and other works that are related to events.
6. Knowledgeable in Workday
• Point of contact for every workday issues and escalations.
• Solving process issues that are occurring in every process.
7. Technology and Workforce Environment
• Responsible in requesting accesses of our new joiner and deactivating accesses
8. Admin Works
• Produce admin reports
