Throughout my career, I have honored my organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing me to efficiently manage various tasks and responsibilities. My experience handling customer service: I managed to work in the BPO industry for 4 years, working for 3 different jobs. Data Entry, which handles all upcoming paperwork and documents given by customers based in the US, approves and disapproves them, as well as sorts papers using Microsoft software. I've been an email support specialist, still providing customer service and answering upcoming emails from customers and clients using Outlook, Gmail, and Zendesk. My latest experience is handling inbound calls from a logistics company, FedEx Canada, while multitasking, communicating with customers, scheduling pick-ups, changing delivery information like address and managing deliveries, checking for pending payments for duties and taxes, and contacting the station and dispatching for confirmation for booking packages.
