I am a former Administrative Assistant in a food retail
company. Later on, I was promoted into purchasing officer, but still, I was
doing administrative works from time to time. The company where I've been is
putting up restaurants in mall areas. I was in-charge in the commissary wherein
I am the one in-charge in ordering stocks for restaurant deliveries, I am
involved in ensuring that all the raw materials for food preparation and even
those non-food supplies will be sufficient for all the branch Upgrade to see actual info my
field of work, I was able to hone my skills in coordination, time management
and forecasting. I was also the one doing the coordination with our suppliers
and the one negotiating the prices that are reasonable enough but at the same
time will work on company's Upgrade to see actual infoitiative also, is important when doing my
task because from time to time there are some unexpected circumstances that
arises regarding the stocks and prices.
 
As an administrative support I was in-charge of the
following:
- Taking down notes during meeting
- Making a calendar out of the tasks discussed in
the meeting
- Working some of company reports thru excel
- Communicating with staffs and other personnel
thru Viber app
- Conducting meeting with our current suppliers
and potential suppliers
- In-charge of communicating with clients and
potential clients
- Data entry, Data management, File management and
Web research

Tools that I have been using and familiar with:
- Communication: Viber, WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Other/s: Canva  

I am highly adaptive to different working environments and a
fast-learner. I am a kind of worker that ensures quality over my work and
goal-oriented. I am keen to details of my work, but always taking note of my
deadlines.
Things will not be always easy, but for me, as long as you
have determination, perseverance in what you are doing, and cultivate passion
in your assigned tasks, you may see that it's not that hard after Upgrade to see actual info's in
the way how we see things.
