I am tech-savvy, and I can easily be trained. I can adapt to an environment as soon as I get to learn the responsibilities that I will be doing. I am also keen on utilizing online resources and possess initiative in work.

 I have an experience as a legal assistant that support lawyers with various task related to legal matters. Prior to this, I was a customer service specialist in the telecommunication industry with almost four years of experience handling several functions of customer service from solving technical-related concerns to dealing with a myriad of clients and complaints day to day.

 In addition, I took a freelancing course with Surge Digital Agency where I learned to develop my skills in social media management, chat and email support, graphic design, data entry, and more.  It helped me develop my skills and gain more knowledge about this online industry.
