I have 3 years' experience in customer service. I worked as a service crew which task is to take the order of the customers. I was assigned to do administrative work which is to record ending sales and inventories. Also assigned as a marketing assistant for promoting company's product. I am hardworking, very keen to details. I can work at minimal supervision. Willing to undergo training if the work requires. Work as a call center agent for a year and seven months as chat support. My duties are processing payment and refunds, assisting customer needs, issues and troubleshooting devices. Making sure that customers issues are resolve and provided excellent customer service.
