Profile Description

An experienced Customer service and technical support specialist with exceptional skills in communicating with clients about their concerns, showing empathy and eagerness to help. I worked as an eBay customer service for more than a year using phones, live chat and email, dealing with buyer and seller concerns like; Returns and  Item Not Received cases, educating customers about their buying and selling protections and eBay policies, escalating closed cases to relevant department if applicable or necessary. Make decision on who will win the claim based from eBay moneyback guarantee process. I have been a technical support or  Cloud Security Engineer for 6 months with Trend Micro, an antivirus company through phones and live chat. 
Duties includes; assisting customers with their technical concerns about the company products they availed, which includes installing and renewal of subscription, troubleshooting computer security concerns and providing necessary assistance to make sure customers are fully protected from viruses and other computer threats. Educating customers about computer security concerns and escalating concerns to relevant department when necessary and advertising company services and products to customers.
