I managed a Team of Craigslist Ad generator and Poster. We create Real Estate Ads on Craigslist for a leasing company in Austin, TX. We use TeamViewer and Zoom application to connect to the computers of our respective agents' accounts. We create quality Ads and Post them fast enough to make 30 posts per day (average). We use Nestio and Avocado posting.
Currently, I am working as a transaction coordinator assistant and admin support staff for a Real Estate company based in OR, LV, WA and now in FL.
I have a wide experience in poster design specifically for social media using Canva. I also have Microsoft office skills such as Powerpoint Presentation, Docs, Sheets, etc. I enjoy creating forms, PDFs, and currently exploring video editing using Filmora and Capcut. I also do technical assistance using OBS Studios for Live Streaming.

These are just some of the skills I have learned and practiced for the past years of my work history. I always believe that learning is an everyday process and I aim to learn and improve my skills everyday in every way possible.
