I worked  as admin staff for five years wherein my main task is to asnwer phone calls and provide information to customer's inquiry, I manage files, maintain patients schedule and appointments.keep customer’s record on file and perform basic bookkeeping.
Been in customer support for two years in BPO company for retail account. I handle phone, email and chat support. my responsibilities is to assist customer with refunds, exchanges or placement of orders.Walk then through some basic troubleshooting.I always Focus on treating customer well by exceeding their expectations.
