SUMMARY OF SKILL AND CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
Team Leader- Started handling a group of people since 2008, assigned in a sales account in which we focused in selling services to customers, such as virus removal service, fix installation and technical problems on the customer's computer.
Sales Training Officer- Trained direct selling dealers to grow their business, focused in hitting targets on a monthly basis, need to ensure that each dealer will focus on handling their direct team, used Microsoft PowerPoint every time I facilitate a training.
Deal Support Specialist/Customer Service Representative- Worked with one of the top 5000 Real Estate company in the US for almost 3 years, I was assigned to screen deals and work closely with leads to ensure they follow companies guidelines before the lead will go live on our site. I also worked with Private money lenders who sign up services on our site. I communicate with them through email, phone call and text.
I started with BPO industry way back 2006 I started as a sales consultant for catalogs specifically for RTW and collection products, we processed orders for the customer through credit card and sent items within 5-7 days, after a year and 6 months working as a sales consultant i transferred to different company which is Sutherland Global Services, I was assigned in norton account we sell services such as virus removal, installation and technical support, I took calls for 3 months after which I was appointed as a sales coach I mainly focused on providing sales techniques to my colleagues to ensure sale will be closed, monitor their performances, and building their morale to keep them motivated. I was recognized by my bosses because of my teams outstanding performance and as a reward they appointed me as a supervisor after a year, I handled 20 agents.
