Responsible for creating labels Domestic/International from day to day from different couriers.

- In line with retailer apparel with position of Logistics Support. 
- Data Management, perform data entry and CRM maintenance 
- Monitoring different types of Marketplace order specially Miinto Retailer. First In, First Out (FIFO) all orders. 
- Extracting data from Quick Sight tools. 
- Responding to all concerns in the Zendesk tool, wherein all tickets are listed.
- Processing return to seller orders in Zendesk.
- Marketplace person in charge, all tracking numbers should be updated on different MP’s google sheets and portals for them to track smoothly the orders and to get paid per order. 
- Responsible for creating labels Domestic/International from day to day from different couriers. 
- Creating manual labels for different drop shippers retailer.
