I handle cold and warm outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and CRM. I manage lead qualification and discovery, appointment setting and calendar management, CRM updates, pipeline tracking and follow-ups, objection handling, rapport building, and consistent outreach to keep pipelines full.
In customer experience and client support, I help businesses retain clients, reduce complaints, and protect their brand. I provide email, chat, and phone support, handle complaints, refunds, and escalations, manage order tracking, billing questions, and account issues, keep CRM documentation and ticket resolution up to date, manage customer retention and satisfaction, and communicate clearly with empathy and professionalism.
In finance and administrative support, I keep finances clean, accurate, and audit-ready. I manage accounts payable and receivable, perform credit card and bank reconciliation, handle invoice creation, tracking, and follow-ups, process payments and resolve discrepancies, organize financial records and reporting, and provide accuracy-focused administrative support.
