 Over the course of my 6 year career in customer service both chat/email/phone support i have developed strong problem solving skills, and the ability to manage conflict and deal demanding customers. I am keen to utelize my passion for excellent customer service in providing the best possible resolution. 

Also, I am virtual assistant for 6 months and handle an email support account. 

What makes me an ideal virtual player for your virtual team at your firm, I’m a collegial worker with a technologically up-to-date home office that has facilitated my administrative career from home. 

I have an even temperament and great communication skills that enable me to work well with in-house colleagues and deal with the public.

While my preference is to work weekdays, I am available to work in the evenings or weekends in instances where the workload requires it.
