I am Upgrade to see actual info, a seasoned professional from the Philippines with a rich background in both government and private sectors. With over 23 years of experience in a government facility and more than 15 years as an online freelancer, with 9 years of that focused on project management roles mostly in digital marketing agencies.

Project Management: With 9 years of experience in project management, primarily in digital marketing agencies, I have successfully led projects involving website  development, SEO, and content creation. My recent role as a Project Manager at Groove Digital CM included managing high-ticket sales webinars, online courses,
and moderating their >Facebook community.

Managing Director and Operations Manager: I have taken on leadership roles, managing operations and directing various companies and business models. My responsibilities included direct communication with stakeholders and clients, translating their ideas into executable designs and tasks.

Executive Assistant: I have served as an executive assistant, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring smooth communication and task execution.
Skills and Expertise 

Documentation and Process Development: Passionate about documentation, I have developed a comprehensive set of processes, SOPs, policies, and checklists to streamline project management and reduce guesswork.

Project Management Tools: Proficient in using project management platforms like Microsoft Teams, ClickUp, TeamWork, BaseCamp, Group Camp, Asana, and Trello. Additionally, I have extensive experience with MS Office Suite (from the 95 version to the current 365 version) and Google Docs.

Quality Assurance: Experienced in conducting quality checks for project teams, including front-end and back-end evaluations, server management, resource organization, and regular reporting to stakeholders.
