Profile Description

I am well versed with Microsoft applications like Excel and PowerPoint. I did not have a proper training for these applications but I chose to learn and taught myself with the use of the internet. With my years of experience in working for call center, I can say I am very good when it comes to written and verbal communication. I also have knowledge in providing excellent customer service. I have worked as a trainer which requires being a team player and able to manage a large group of individuals. I also have experience in being an inventory custodian where I learned about record keeping and managing company supplies, equipments and properties.
