REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
? Makes outbound calls to potential leads and introduces them to our real estate services.
? Researches and collects data on prospective leads.
? Do follow-up calls to possible leads that would turn into deals.
? Set appointments.
? Managing leads -- identifying possible leads and organizing priorities.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
° Cater to customers' problems with their cable and internet connection.
° Writes report for them to be serviced by the technician.
° Helps customers with their billing if ever they were double charged and adjust it with our system.
° Reconnect customers' connections once they were disconnected because of their unpaid bills.
° Add their desired channel on their cable tv or change their desired plans on their internet connection.
HR ASSISTANT
° Post jobs online (e.g. Jobstreet/Mynimo)
° Do the initial interview for the applicants.
° Keep employees' documents.
° Monitor employees' time in & out.
° Fill out their information on the company's record.
° Call or text applicants once they are scheduled for an interview.
