Prior working in BPO, I was well trained in an office setting as I worked as School Administrator for a year.
I started working in the call center industry 10 years ago in which helped me a lot gained all the skills I have today. Way back 2013 when I had to step up to a higher position but due to the account being dissolved, I landed a new job as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO Company here in the Philippines which led to becoming a supervisor after 3 years. Because of this opportunity given to me, I have gone to different trainings like Essential Management, People Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making and lastly, Leadership Style.
