My mission as a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant is to lead my clients to reach their desired long-term goals: generate the highest sales on their E-commerce platform and assist them by performing administrative tasks to ease up their workload.
As a General Virtual Assistant, I usually provide administrative and clerical support to my client by having some data entry jobs, responding to emails, and reminding their schedules.
As an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant, I also help my clients with product and research-based tasks, excel work, product listings, optimizing product lists, managing pricing and inventory, fulfilling orders, processing returns and exchanges, and handling customer support, thereby keeping their store up to date and running 24/7.
