As a Dental Insurance Verification expert , I am responsible for delivering exceptional support to my clients by verifying dental eligibility, updating patient and updating insurance information. I maintain accurate records of all work completed. Additionally, I am responsible for updating all dental software and patient appointments to ensure that my clients' practices are running smoothly with regard to appointments and understanding dental insurance eligibility. I process immediate insurance verification requests in 10 minutes or less through our 24-hour help desk for dental offices, ensuring that my clients have the information they need to provide exceptional care to their patients. Overall, I am committed to providing exceptional support to my clients. I am dedicated to staying up-to-date on new and updated internal and external systems and databases, and I train and gain proficiency in these systems to ensure that my clients receive the best possible support. I am also open to performing other duties as assigned, making me a valuable member of any team.
