I have been in the customer service industry since 2016 handling different accounts such as food delivery, financial, telco, and retail accounts, three years of pure inbound/outbound calls, and two years of email, phone, and chat support. Being in front of a computer 8-12 hours a day is my role answering customer inquiries and processing orders etc., I talked to different kinds of people every day, and all people indeed have different personalities, attitudes, and mindsets as customer service I have learned that whoever I interact I need to give my 100% full support kind-heartedly so that I make them happy and satisfied with my assistance.

I've worked with a lot of clients/projects from different countries and was able to gain great relationships. I do not have any educational degree in this but I have vast experience in this sector of the job and my successful work history is proof of my ability.
