I worked as a customer service representative for a couple of years now, I have been a technical support for nearly 2 years handling concerns regarding satellite cable, I also handled sales,offering the service and some cable channels through subscription. I have been a back office support that handles concerns for a freight company. I worked as an airline reservation associate for 3 years, with a year experience working as a chat support, I handled ticket reservation. I sell and offer our services to passengers to book flights with us. My most recent work experience is with a Telco company, my role is to input data of the the incoming customers and handled customer service as well.
