My name is Dayrio Agustin, 37 years old. I have a call center experience for 16 months. Handled inbound calls. Assist customers book their reservation. Gives appropriate answers and information to the customers. Help them modify their reservation and read to them or remind them the details and disclosures.
Makes proper documentation right before the call ends.
I had also worked at a Japanese restaurant for 3years prior to my call center job. Taking orders, gives correct information about the food they are going to order and Upgrade to see actual info these jobs experiences that I have, I see to it that I gave the customers the satisfaction they need.
