I am an aspiring digital marketer, self-taught with skills in website development, SEO, graphics and content creation using Canva, and Social Media Management.
I have extensive experience in customer service with more than 10 years of work experience as an outbound and inbound calls agent. I am currently working as an account executive for a financial account, a major credit card provider in the U.S., and for more than 4 years now I am servicing customers for any queries about their credit card account which includes credit card payment, update of account information, report fraud, travel plans, balance transfer requests, credit line increase or decrease requests, understanding the bill, online walkthrough, and others.
I also have more than 5 years of experience in sales that includes offering discount medical plans, aUpgrade to see actual info death and dismemberment insurance, home warranty programs, credit protection program, discount programs for travel, lifestyle, leisure, and home improvement. Our clients are existing members and cardholders of major corporations in the U.S. and Canada.
My BPO experience also made me upscale my skills in technical service and support where I helped customers in installing their internet and cable devices, assisted clients in fixing issues in their internet and cable services, supported clients in online navigation with issues in internet browsing, and others. We serviced Comcast customers on the west coast.
