Organized Virtual Assistant dedicated to improving accuracy and efficiency by maintaining and developing administrative and procedural processes. Offering experiences in Real Estate, Technical Support and in Human resources providing quality administrative support to clients. Also, an efficient professional who has been consistently praised as hard-working by my co-workers and management. Over the course of my 1-year career, I’ve developed a skill set directly relevant to the Human Resource Associate including recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping and employee engagement activities and in addition I can work under less supervision and has a willingness to learn. Aside from that, I have had an experience as a Customer Service Representative in which my responsibility was to attend to the technical concerns of the customers regarding their services. I did also pitching of sales and answered billing inquiries.  Overall, I have consistently demonstrated multitasking, interpersonal and organizational abilities in every aspect of Virtual Assistance, HR Assistant role and Customer Service at my previous companies.
