Profile Description

I'm an E-commerce Virtual Assistant with over 4 years of hands-on experience working with Shopify stores. Over the years, I've learned that success in e-commerce isn't just about getting tasks done, it's about helping business owners save time, stay organized, and create a better experience for their customers.

My experience includes managing product listings, collections, metafields, inventory updates, order processing, refunds, reporting, and general store maintenance. I enjoy keeping things organized behind the scenes and making sure everything runs smoothly, so store owners can focus on growing their business.

I've also worked in customer support through email and live chat, which has given me a deeper understanding of how store operations affect the customer experience. Because of this, I always try to approach my work with both efficiency and the customer in mind.

One thing clients appreciate about me is that I don't need constant direction. If I encounter a problem, I take the initiative to find solutions, learn new tools, and figure things out. I'm comfortable working with Shopify apps, integrations, and AI tools, and I genuinely enjoy learning better ways to improve processes and make day-to-day operations more efficient.

Before moving into e-commerce, I worked my way up to a Team Manager role in the BPO industry. That experience helped me develop strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
