Profile Description

I have 4 years of experience of the following: 
1.) To facilitate billing of metered customers every 15th and 30th of the month. 2.) Prepares updated LPG walk-in and special price for every adjustment. 
3.) Issues price memo for LPG Price adjustment (increase or rollback) and other gases, and email/fax to customers. 
4.) Generate yearly sales per customer per product and submit to sales manager for checking increase/decrease of sales. 
5.) Entertain and facilitate customers walk-in and phone inquiries. 
6.) Provides support to sales department in strengthening customer base. 
7.) Processes application for new customer and reviews for completeness and necessary supporting documents. 
8.) Maintain an updated price list of manufactured and trading products. 
9.) Make Price Quotation. 
10.) Make a monthly report and submitted to COO. 
11.) Invoicing and making billing statement.
12.) Knowledgable in Accounting.
