I was a former Supervisor/Team Leader on a BPO company here in the Philippines  and currently working as a VA - HR Onboarding Specialist. I am looking for a partUpgrade to see actual info time role and is very willing to work on another opportunity.
I am very experienced talking to customers, I am a qualified team leader and customer support who is experienced in administration task and customer service. I have strong creative and analytical skills. I am a team player with an eye for detail. I am very good at handling concerns/inquiries on chats, emails, phone calls (inbound/outbound), taking Supervisor calls also made me customer centered. I was promoted to become a Team Leader because of my performance and the leadership I was able to show to my team.
I have a complete computer setup that can be used to accommodate all tasks and finish all the admin works that you’ll assign to me. I am pretty good on finishing tasks ahead of their deadlines.
