Hi! I'm Lenie from the Philippines.

I have more than 10 years of experience in administration, project coordination, and customer support. I enjoy helping business owners stay organized by managing schedules, documentation, reports, customer communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

My recent remote experience includes working as a Customer Support Specialist, where I handled more than 50 Facebook inquiries daily through Meta Business Suite and assisted prospective students throughout the enrollment process.

Before that, I worked remotely as a Project Coordinator for PLDT NAP Cleanup projects, coordinating three field teams across multiple locations, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel, and managing project dispatching through Oracle. My team consistently achieved the highest weekly NAP cleanup completion rate.

I learn new software quickly and have experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, Notion, WordPress, ---------- , Oracle, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
