I was a former billing specialist/sales agent
at one of the biggest companies in Clark Pampanga Philippines US-based inbound,
I handle a triple play account for ATT: Mobile, Internet, and DirectTV plan. My role was to handle
hard-billing for a mobile plan, DTV, and internet plan by providing them the
best plan, resizing their current plan, providing them ongoing promos to lessen
their bill, educating the customers about their bills, plan, charges, etc. I
also handle minor technical troubleshooting, if necessary, I do sales by
offering them new services like upgrading the mobile phones, mobile plans,
getting new lines, changing internet plans, or selling new plans (both for
DTV/Internet/Mobile Plans), setting up a new cable plan/account, or selling
streaming ATT
different issue. I don't use any script because it's a free-flowing call where
I need to do analyzing before providing a resolution to be able to resolve the
root cause of the customer's issue and to avoid repeat calls. After a year at the
hard billing/sales department, I was transferred to the collection department
and became a collection specialist for 6 months, I was able to collect $5,000
or more a week and always hit my quota. Then after that, I was able to handle
mobile service alone where I did hard billing again for mobility, sales, and a little
bit of technical troubleshooting for
but at the same time satisfying, especially if I can resolve my customer's
issue and get a satisfactory survey.
Aside from being a customer service
representative (inbound calls), I was also a former cold caller/lead generator,
and appointment setter for the outbound campaign for AM Virtual Sourcing Corp.
I worked as a real estate cold caller and was one of the top agents among my
wave. I can manage to get leads at least 4-6 leads a day or 5 quality
leads a day depending on the calling lists. I am versatile, persuasive, I drive
the call, I can handle rejection, and I can build rapport and trust with the
customer, I am a problem solver, I also make sure to follow the script to be able
to attain 99% of accuracy. Tools that I am good at for
