 Responsible for adding, terming, and reinstate members to health insurance policies.  Resolves previously suspended enrollment pends through automated work queue.  Communicates policies, procedures, and benefits to employees, enrolled members, and employers.  Interacts with staff in other departments to clarify and resolve eligibility problems presented by members.  Maintains accurate eligibility records for individuals and/or assigned employer groups.  Detailed teaching on the multiple insurance payers with an emphasis on accurate selection and documentation of insurance codes in addition to identifying benefits, referral and authorization requirements.  Develop and ongoing maintenance of all insurance selection and customer service training materials.  Meet regularly with the client to review progress of staff training, trends in registration completeness and accuracy and customer satisfaction and to evaluate the effectiveness of all related training approaches and materials.
