Being a customer service representative (CSR) for almost five years, I developed and enhanced my communication skill to grow effectively and nourished my administrative tasks. 
I have handled phone calls like: Customer complaints• Inquiries• Selling products• and other technical support
I was able to practice my skill in data entry as part of my daily job. I can maintain positive behavior when dealing with difficult people and still provide a good customer service experience. Aside from taking calls, I can also handle email inquiries or chat support too. 
I enrolled in a freelancing course wherein I learned some basic virtual assistant tasks such as:• Transcription• Email management• Social media management • Basic search engine optimization • Website building
I also worked as a Cold Caller in the Real Estate Industry for 2 months and have been a Loan processor in a loan mortgage company for 11 months. I was able to learn, discover and widen my knowledge of how to use some software tools. 
Because of this, I am confident to showcase my skills and share what I've got to do my future tasks effectively and efficiently as a general virtual assistant.
