I’ve been in the BPO Industry for 3 years and I’ve worked with one of the best company in the Philippines and my recent job was working at home for 1 year and 11 months (Virtual Assistant).

For your reference:
- I’ve worked with Macys and Bloomingdales as a Customer Service Representative- Order Entry, Tracking Orders, Gift card Specialist, Returns and Refunds (Voice and Non-voice) and re-profiled to Walmart account as Vaccine Support and transferred to Amazon as Customer Service Representative (Voice and Non-voice). I also worked remotely as Email Support- Manager to an Optical Company in Pompano Beach FL, USA and an Ads editor to one of the popular Roofing Company in North Carolina.

My goal has always been to exceed the expectations of both employer as well as my customer.
