I graduated Bachelor of Science in Office Administration at Laguna State Polytechnic University, I was on the dean's lister three semesters in a row. I have been a credit repair processing associate at Rachels BPO Services, I worked there for a year and 1month and I've been a top processor. I used various tools such as credit repair cloud, dispute fox, prodigy, postalocity, fax automation, and experian. I regarded this experience as a stepping stone to a better career. Prior to that, I also have experienced working in a different companies as production operator and I had been working as a cashier in a supermarket. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement. 
During my Internship I learned various clerical tasks such as filing, answer phone inquiries, maintain files and organize documents, photocopy, and many more.
You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be there at your beck and call.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
