Profile Description

I work in BPO industry for 5 years specifically in the Customer Service
Industry. I'm currently looking for clients that I can work with.
I have high attention to detail and knowledgeable of social media,
marketing, customer service, website management, as well as lead
generation, and appointment setting.

I worked with a marketing company doing social media content creation
and marketing while I work with my blog site. I have a deep
understanding of WordPress management.

Previously, I took calls from technicians in the US. After they visit
the customers for dish repairs they will call us to complete the job for
their salary. I was also attending calls for customers who complain
about technical problems with the dish or the TV. I worked for Western
Union in VXI global too, I was an inbound customer representative
receiving calls from customers who want to send money to their
recipients worldwide, and takes care of their other concerns in
connection with sending and receiving money.

 I was also a Customer Service Representative for Cricket Wireless and T
mobile account. We use CRM to note on customers' account. Then I work
with a US client doing lead generation and appointment setting for his
Finance and Wealth business.

Before working in BPO, I worked as an Account Receivable officer in a
computer store here in the Philippines. I was the one recording the
accounts of our clients and later call them for collection. I was also a
clerk in a construction firm. I handle payroll as part of my job.
