With over a decade of experience in the Human Resources
Department, I have honed my skills in Compensation and Benefits roles. My last
position is an HR Supervisor in a renowned manufacturing company that produces
LPG Cylinders. My responsibilities include overseeing the company's HRIS, which
entails inputting data for newly hired employees and regularly monitoring and
updating employee data. I am also responsible for ensuring the seamless
processing of personnel actions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and
terminations, all while ensuring that they meet organizational objectives and
adhere to appropriate policies and procedures. My expertise extends to
supervising inter-branch timekeeping, ensuring strict adherence to established
systems and procedures, and timely submission of all required reports.
Additionally, I take pride in organizing company events such as outings and
parties, making sure that all the arrangements are impeccable.
