SKILL SUMMARY

I have been working for almost 6 years and most of my experience is in BPO industry. For a long time, I have been a Customer Service Representative assisting customers with their query. For those years, I've only worked at 2 companies with 2 different task and line of product. I've spent my 3 years as a Customer Service Representative from buying and selling department. I was able to assist the sellers by creating their listing and making their product look appealing. Being a customer service assistant on the buying department has helped me to be more persuasive and always find a positive way to communicate with the customer. Aside from doing my position, I was chosen to be Subject Matter Expert which  means I have to be more attentive to details and has helped me build my skill to do a solid organizational skills, the ability to multi task, work under time pressure. I also have a strong ability to maintain a strict level of confidentially in handling sensitive information as being a support from a very prominent card provider. I have been a part of the email team as well which has helped me to be an expert at Microsoft Word and Excel. Since I'm flexible and capable of learning things, I was able to adapt tasks given to me like doing the end of the day report and reporting the minutes of the meeting. I'm also appointed to do our monthly report to the managers with my expert in creating Power Point presentation.  With the skills I have cultivated for these past years, I believe that it can be tapped and contribute to your philosophy of service. For me, life is a continuous learning process and that new experiences that I will encounter in a new different job would add up in my "skills vault" and for sure will be an advantage for me to grow as a person.

English is the most accepted business language in the world. It is a major requirement when one goes to work in a call center. Call Center companies are strict with their English Only Policy and I'd been in the call center for almost 6 years. I cant say that I'm very fluent in English as I can only speak plain English but with much oral English conversations, I believe i can improve more.
