I have been working for almost 6 years and most of my experience is in BPO industry. For a long time, I have been a Customer Service Representative assisting customers with their query. For those years, I've only worked at 2 companies with 2 different task and line of product. I've spent my 3 years as a Customer Service Representative from buying and selling department. I was able to assist the sellers by creating their listing and making their product look appealing. Being a customer service assistant on the buying department has helped me to be more persuasive and always find a positive way to communicate with the customer.
