My most recent job was a Chat Support for EGS (now Allorica) Largo account. I chat with customers who have concerns about the service they get from our company. I need to make sure customers feel they are "heard" and valued by the company by empathizing with them. I worked at Bank of America Continuum as a Customer Service Representative. I answered calls for the bank and was fond of connecting with our customers. I love documenting on accounts so that the next time they call, the associate who will answer their call will have an idea of what the concern was. I have a background in collections when I was in Convergys after a year in Collections they assigned me to a team that screens all accounts to make sure there are no high risk transactions that took place. I worked as a secretary for an Operations Manager in Tropical Hut Food Market, a local supermarket. I also have experience in sales when I was a Course Consultant in Informatics, an IT Institution which offers short-term and long-term computer courses. What I really love to do is typing,
