Profile Description

- Seller Support Representative for over 3 years. I can possibly fix issues without reaching out to Amazon Seller Support.

- Amazon Quality Assurance - Analyst for 2 years. I've been studying Amazon’s help pages and internal references and been using internal tools to help sellers’ with their issues, to support Seller Support Associates, and the operations. 

With my two years in Quality Assurance, I became proficient in seeking defects and providing efficient solutions.

I am flexible in my working hours, being able to work evenings and weekends. I can handle multiple tasks on a daily basis and use a creative approach to problem solve.

1.) Inventory Reconciliation - Lost and Damage units need to be reimbursed. 

2.) Shipment Reconciliation - shipment update and missing units.  

3.) Removal Order - file reimbursements for orders that were returned differently or missing items. 

4.) Creating Cases - needs assistance from direct Amazon Seller Support wherein fixing the issue needs to be done on the external part. 

5.) Customer Service on Orders - Respond to Amazon customers within 24hrs.
