I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for a long time and understand the value of giving exceptional customer service to everyone, especially customers, businesses, and myself.
Along the process, I've evolved into an e-Commerce professional or virtual assistant, tasked with a variety of tasks that are essential to the digital market and company's success.
Both positions have been beneficial and have contributed significantly to who I am now and how I've earned my present job. As a Team Lead and promoted to becoming a Group Leader or Assistant Operations Manager, I've adapted the abilities that I've acquired over the years of working and is helping me in making even more progress with myself.
I feel that, with everything I've been through, I'll be a valuable member of the future team that I will be in because I do the things I'm asked to do not only with my head but also with my heart.
