Profile Description

I had spent two years as a customer service agent. I was in charge of inbound calls, which required me to investigate customer profiles and transactions. I also upsold things that were relevant to my line of work. I am currently employed as a high school math and science teacher. I've been working in this industry for approximately seven years. I also work part-time as an ESL tutor. Working for almost 10 years has given me the opportunity to hone skills such as active listening, management, and Upgrade to see actual info addition, I was able to improve my problem-solving abilities and, most crucially, my computer abilities. I am very comfortable using both Google and Microsoft Excel, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint presentations. I also have a strong interest in art and design.  Canva and Adobe Illustrator are two online apps that I am familiar with. To improve my skills and talents, I'd like to look into other applications. And I am convinced that we should never stop learning.
