In almost 7 years in the BPO Industry as a CSR (3 years) and a Team Leader of 2 Campaigns, I have developed the following skills which I believe would be very relevant to many types of work:

Furthermore, I've learned to work independently and disciplined myself not to rely on my superiors. Always take the initiative when necessary to look for answers that will help resolve the issue using the available resources.
I developed the ability how to motivate people by being a good listener to them. I believe that knowing their needs and addressing them sincerely and whole-heartedly are good factors to mold them into becoming excellent employees.
In every job that I do, I would persevere to get better results, and to do so, I keep these traits in mind:

As a CSR, I support customers via email. When I was promoted to Team Leader, I began using Microsoft Outlook to send emails to several departments, including HR, Workforce, IT, Learning, and Quality, among others.

Since I normally respond to emails received from different departments, I have to be mindful of my responses. Thus, proofreading has always been put into practice to have 0 or fewer typo errors.

As a Team Leader, one of my responsibilities is to prepare Daily. Weekly and Monthly reports for business review. Usually, an Excel file is used to prepare these data before being used in a PowerPoint presentation.
