**I have a very strong financial background, especially in insurance, remittance, credit disputes, and business payroll services.

**I have worked as an Operations Processor for Credit Disputes. Here, I have handled reviewing customers' disputes about their credit reports on their credit cards. Tasks include researching if the dispute of our customers is valid or not using our internal tools. Most disputes would be their payment history, ownership of the card, or could also be identity theft and fraud.
**I have also worked as an Operations Analyst for Global Remittance. Here, what we do is we validate the bank account details of the recipient or beneficiary of the sender or remitter. We also research on the reasons why some remittances were not valid.
