I had 1 year experience as an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller, and 6 months as Lead Generator/Data Collector.
 In my past work experiences, I have gained so much learning about the job and also about the CRM tool that we used. I learned that you don't need to just call the leads,  It's about building a relationship with them, understand them, and get their trust to be able to book a call. As a Lead Generator, we used a tool that can find accurate and active information about the leads.
