Profile Description

I'm a Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and Walmart Store Manager. I've been in the 
E-commerce/VA industry for more than 5 years, and 6 years as a Customer Service Professional. 

I provide customer service via email, chat, and phone. I also process orders, update shipping information, source products and communicate with the suppliers, create and edit listings manually or by using a flat file, fix listing issues, resolve customer complaints, and do other tasks that need to be done like I own the stores. 

I also managed and trained new hires made sure that they were consistently performing and provided performance feedback for improvement.
