Profile Description

I am currently working as a Real Estate Agent and I'm doing circle prospecting, calling homeowners to check whether their properties are for sale. Also, I've been an IELTS Coach for almost 6 years now. Teaching students how to answer the speaking part of that exam.
I worked as a Customer Service Specialist in a contact center called Eperformax Contact Solutions for 3 years, ---------- . We helped the WaMu clients with their credit card problems. During those years, my communication skills improved so much since we didn't use scripts. My typing skill also got better. My job there was to answer clients ' general inquiries about their accounts. After 3 years, I transferred to Convergys Philippines and became a Fraud Analyst/Customer Service in Citi Bank. Part of my job was to detect fraud transactions in the clients' accounts. Aside from that, I did inbound calls and outbound calls to call customers to inform the status of their accounts. I could say that those experiences helped me a lot in my communication skills, customer service skills, and typing skills since I did a lot of multitasking.
I am a result-oriented person. I can work with minimal supervision and I am eager to learn new things and ideas. A career shift is my main goal this year. I'm aiming to become an extraordinary VA to go out of my comfort zone and push myself to learn more skills.
