Profile Description

Had an experience as a Content Moderator where I filter comments, videos(live videos) and photos that are not appropriate and does not adhere to our Application policies. Was able to be part of their Top Performer for 3 months.
Almost a year as a Transcriber where we encode 120 to 140 receipts an hour making sure that we're able to encode an accurate information.
1 year and 3 months as chat support for an Australian Telco Company where we resolve billing, technical and subscription as well as assisting them about their mobile and internet plan. We also do upsell our products such as mobile plans, internet plans and entertainment subscriptions.
11 months as an email and chat support for a UK retail company where we resolve order issues, order follow-ups and send an email to the carriers asking for more information or investigation of our customer's parcels. I also get to experience to handle a team for three months(seasonal) where I learned a lot of techniques on how to improve skills and quickly learn from every error and opportunities.
