Profile Description

I am a product lister and merchant expert for 4 years specifically in Flipp, a retail technology company we work with the largest retailers and manufacturers in the world like JCPenney, Menards, Macy's, Target, Canadian Tire, Hudson's Bay, Walmart, and 100 plus more retailers. We put the product details of each item in the retailer websites with 100?curate name, price, descriptions, SKUs, sales offer, disclaimers, links, categories, and images. After that, we go to the live flyers and we check each of the items if there's an incorrect in each field, and create a report using google docs. My jobs also include product image editing, flyer making, catalog making.

I transcribe audio, lectures, webinars, meetings, classes, interviews, conversations into text word per word. I used Express Scribe, Veed, Trint, Temi, and manual transcribing. I also, proofread every sentence of it to make sure it's done flawlessly.

I am also an image product editor in E-commerce using photoshop with a little knowledge in web designing using PHP, html, css.

I help company's in QA of their recorded conversations of the call representatives and customers and categorize the calls in their correct department whether it's a sales call, service call, spam or etc.
