Profile Description

Microsoft Office Technical Support - Assist and answer customers' inbound calls regarding their MS office issues. Help user set up their Outlook email client. Maintain customers' Microsoft office applications up and running. Troubleshoot Office 365 as well as the built-in software technical issue. Diagnose customer's Office software product fault. Virtual Assistant - Assists with ongoing marketing campaigns done by the client. Assigns prospect leads to the sales marketing team. Provides and generates possible client leads through social media and emails to meet quota and company objectives. Administers prospect clients to the customer management platform such as HubSpot in order to easily track records, updates, emails, and subscriptions.
