I help owners protect their time, maintain consistency, and deliver five-star guest experiences through calm, organized, and proactive operations.
I don’t just reply to messages. I help run the operation.
I handle guest communication from inquiry to post-checkout, coordinate turnovers with cleaners and vendors, track maintenance tickets, update listings, manage calendars and pricing adjustments, and ensure each stay meets brand and owner expectations. My background in STRs means I can solve issues before they turn into complaints, and I’m confident troubleshooting day-to-day challenges with a balance of empathy and operational logic.
I work confidently with tools such as Guesty, Airbnb, VRBO, Booking dot com, Hostaway, Turno, PriceLabs, StayFi, Stripe, Slack, Google Workspace, and HostBuddy AI, allowing me to support both the guest-facing and backend operational needs of a growing portfolio. I also prepare reports, track revenue and refunds, manage inboxes, update documentation, and build SOPs that make operations smoother and more predictable.
Beyond property management, I support business owners as a General and Executive Virtual Assistant, handling inbox and calendar management, appointment setting, light research, travel planning, lead generation, basic financial tracking, and task follow ups. My work style is organized, reliable, and ownership driven. I communicate clearly, take initiative, and keep leadership informed without needing constant supervision.
