Profile Description

I have several years of experience working as an administrative/executive assistant in the retail operations department. Since 2022, I have also worked as a virtual assistant for a real estate company. I learned from my experience how important cooperation, outstanding customer service, and efficient communication are. Apart from my ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team, I am the kind of person who knows how important each position is and how each role must be performed in order for the firm to succeed. My ability to organize myself, solve problems, and manage my time was also enhanced by this, and these abilities have been very helpful in various facets of my life and work.

The duties I often perform in my roles as a Real Estate VA and Executive/Administrative assistant are listed below;

Travel Management – Booking flights, hotels and coordinating travel itineraries

Calendar Management (scheduling of appointment, should always ensure that all schedule is properly labeled
Data Entry ( using ---------- for all orders -  where all updates and other information are posted)Communication using Slack and Ring Central Inbound & Outbound Calls -  ( appointment setting, follow up with AMC / Clients, updates, text  messages from Agents / POC)

Transaction Coordinator
Inbound and Outbound calls (assist potential sellers, buyers, or vendors)Creating and Updating tasks using NutshellUsing Microsoft Outlook and Ring Central to get connected, respond, and send emails.
Google Drive and Propstream for accessing data and other information about the property.

VA for a Real Estate investor (Disposition Assistant)
Review MLS listings weekly for opportunities then load listings into CRM
Create text follow-up campaigns in CRM
Create and maintain KPI dashboards
Prepare offers (including POF and ownership interest)??
